Health & Safety Consultancy Pricing
Published prices, no VAT — the price you see is the price you pay. Most Hampshire consultancies tell you to get in touch for a quote; I'd rather you saw the numbers first. Because PMBSafety isn't VAT registered, every price is the total you pay — a "plus VAT" quote from anyone else adds 20% at the invoice.

Per month. Named competent person with certificate, unlimited phone and email advice, your branded health & safety portal with the full policy library, and an annual policy review.

Per month. Everything in Essential, plus a policy written for your sector, up to ten risk assessments, two site visits a year, and your SSIP submission made for you.

ISO 45001 & Consultancy Rates
The rest of our pricing — certification, day rates and terms.
ISO 45001 certification — built, evidenced and taken through Stage 1 and Stage 2.
Up to 15 staff, single site — £4,250.
16 to 50 staff — £6,450.
51+ staff or multi-site — from £9,650.
Certified system, maintained — £425/month once you hold the certificate. Certification body fees are paid direct to them and typically run £2,500 to £8,000 for an SME.
Consultancy rates — for work outside a package.
Day rate — £595 (seven and a half hours).
Half-day rate — £380 (up to four hours).
Hourly rate — £105 (minimum one hour, then 30-minute blocks).
Most work is done remotely; travel is free within 30 miles of PO12, then 45p a mile.
Terms. Retainers are a twelve-month minimum by monthly direct debit — pay twelve months up front and you pay for ten. Fixed-price work is half on instruction, half on delivery. SSIP, CHAS and certification body fees are paid direct to the scheme and are never marked up. No VAT — the price you see is the price you pay.
